Designation - Relationship Manager, We are looking for 2018-2023 pass out candidates in banking sector. Qualification: Graduates: BSC & Specialization ,BCOM, Bachelor Degree in Business or Management System. Age :22 to 27 years, Managing clients' investment portfolios to ensure financial success Discussing major financial goals of clients to better understand their objectives, Updating clients and customers on their portfolio activity and success Maintaining strong relationships with clients to build trust Proactively seeking new clients for the bank Developing presentations for new clients to help them understand how the bank can help them Conducting risk assessments on investment options and reporting them to the client Ensuring they follow strict banking policies and protocols Ability to manage relationships to improve relationship value of existing Clients Experience in building and maintaining long term relationships, deepening relationship and growing revenues for the organization Aptitude towards delivering high quality customer service with good organizational and interpersonal skills Decision making skills with strong sense of ownership and ability to work under pressure Ensure compliance with key regulatory and bank level requirements.
